Every Vasrah piece is carefully inspected and packed with purpose for its journey to your home.
- Dispatch Time: Once your order is placed, we take 2 to 3 business days to process, pack, and ship your handcrafted items.
- Delivery Time: After dispatch, you can expect your package to arrive within 7 to 10 days, depending on your location.
Exchange & Return
Because our garments are handcrafted in limited batches, we follow a strict and transparent return policy. We accept exchange or return requests only under the following conditions:
- You have received a defective product.
- You are facing a sizing issue with your received garment.
Caring Instructions
Our artisanal garments are crafted using natural dyes and delicate hand embroidery. To ensure your Vasrah pieces last a lifetime, we recommend the following care:
- Wash: Gentle hand wash separately in cold water. Do not soak.
- Detergent: Use a mild, liquid detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach.
- Dry: Line dry in the shade. Direct sunlight may fade natural block-printed dyes.
- Iron: Iron on a low/medium heat setting, preferably on the reverse side of the embroidery and prints.
