Exchange & Return Policy
Because our garments are handcrafted in limited batches, we follow a strict and transparent return policy. We accept exchange or return requests only under the following conditions:
- You have received a defective product.
- You are facing a sizing issue with your received garment.
Guidelines for Returns & Exchanges:
- The 2-Day Window: All return or exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of the delivery date. We cannot accept requests made after this window closes.
- Tags & Condition: The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the proper Vasrah tag strictly attached.
- Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective piece, a clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory to process the claim.
- Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash or bank refunds. Once your return is received and passes our quality check, the full amount will be credited to your Vasrah account as store credit, which you can use for future purchases.
